Returns and Refund Policy

At Priomoda, we strive to provide a pleasant and transparent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

1. Return Period

Items may be registered for return within 30 days of receiving your order.

In addition, every consumer within the European Union has the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

Once your return request has been submitted, the item must be returned within a reasonable period in accordance with the return instructions provided.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period by email or through our return form.

Once we have received the returned item or, where legally required, sufficient proof that it has been returned, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in its original condition;

  • not have been washed;

  • not be damaged;

  • be free from perfume, smoke, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of use;

  • include any original tags, packaging, and accessories where reasonably possible.

Trying on clothing in the same manner as would be permitted in a physical retail store is allowed.

If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a deduction for diminished value may be applied in accordance with applicable law.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at info@priomoda.com

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • clear photos of the item;

  • clear photos of the packaging;

  • a description of the issue.

After reviewing your case, Priomoda may, at its sole discretion, offer an appropriate solution, including:

  • a replacement product;

  • a partial refund;

  • a full refund;

  • a store credit;

  • another reasonable solution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused if:

  • the item shows clear signs of use;

  • the item has been damaged due to improper use;

  • the item is no longer in resalable condition;

  • the item is custom-made or personalized;

  • sealed products have been opened after delivery where they are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

6. Return Procedure

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • the item(s) you wish to return;

  • your name and contact details.

After reviewing your request, our customer service team will provide you with further return instructions and the return address.

To help us process your return quickly, we kindly ask you to include the completed return form with your shipment.

7. Return Shipping Costs and Return Address

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Priomoda operates through a centralized international warehouse. Approved returns must therefore be sent to the return address in Asia provided by our customer service team after your return request has been approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization or to any other address may not be processed.

Return shipping costs depend on the country of shipment, package weight, and the shipping carrier selected.

Any shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Promotions and Bundle Discounts

If an order was placed using a promotional offer, quantity discount, bundle discount, or similar promotion and part of the order is returned, the original discount may be recalculated based on the items kept.

Any refund will be calculated based on the adjusted order value.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is refused upon delivery or is not collected from a pickup location and is subsequently returned, it will be handled according to our standard return procedure.

Any costs resulting from the return shipment may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, Priomoda cannot be held liable for any resulting delays, additional shipping costs, or returned shipments.

11. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive confirmation that your return has been processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.

Until the returned package has been received by our warehouse, it remains the sender's responsibility.

If a returned package is lost during transit and no proof of delivery is available, Priomoda cannot verify receipt of the goods, and a refund may not be processed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

12. Changes to This Policy

Priomoda reserves the right to amend this Returns and Refund Policy at any time.
